Basics of bidding.To bid at auction, you must register by submitting 5% of the minimum bid land value with a Bid Deposit Receipt and proof of funds documents must be received by the DNRC 20 days prior to the auction for each sale you’re interested in. Deadlines, totals, and paperwork for each site are listed on the auctions page at the link provided above.Some sites were nominated by the lessees, who have preferential bidding rights such as the right to know if any other bidders have registered, the right to withdraw from the program up to 10 days prior to the auction unless another bidder has registered for the auction, and the right to match high bids at the auction. The winning bidder at auction will be responsible for paying the improvements value as listed. See our auctions page for improvements values. Bidding is live at the auction. The minimum bid increase is $1,000. DNRC will execute a Buy-Sell Agreement with the winning bidder for each auction at the close of the auction.Sites are sold AS IS.
