Kokanee Quinn is switching things up with a rub recipe that she found!
There’s something satisfying about crafting your own seasoning rubs for your wild game harvest. It lets you dial up the flavor on each cut—like the Wyoming antelope that this rub was used for, which has a smoother, milder taste compared to the Nevada bucks the author from this Wild Game Cuisine rub recipe has brought home. This recipe gives each bite a little kick, but if you’re a fan of sweet heat, just add a touch of brown sugar or a honey drizzle before grilling. Plus, it’s versatile enough for other wild game like elk, deer, or even duck!
