Wildlife authorities have used DNA to confirm that a grizzly bear that seriously injured a hunter over the weekend is the same bear that killed a man out for a run in 2021.
The most recent attack occurred north of Calgary, Alberta. The victim was seriously injured, but was expected to survive.
Authorities are working to locate the bear. For more information, click here.
