A 23-year-old gymnast sadly died after falling 260 feet down a mountain in Germany while trying to take a selfie near Neuschwanstein Castle. The Daily Mail reported that Natalie Stichova, who loved sharing photos of her adventures on Instagram, slipped while setting up the shot with her friends and boyfriend. Although she survived the fall, her injuries were severe, and she was taken off life support a few days later.

For all of us here in Montana, where we have our own stunning landscapes and mountains, it’s a good reminder to be extra careful. The scenery is beautiful, but no selfie is worth risking your life. Stay safe out there!
