So, four guys in Florida just got busted for a wild scam involving fake Osceola turkey hunts. Basically, they were charging hunters a bunch of cash to hunt “Osceola turkeys,” but those birds were actually just pen-raised turkeys dressed up to look like the real deal. The whole thing went down at Razzor Ranch, where the mastermind, Larry Collins, and his crew ran the show. They even had a taxidermist in on it, mounting the fake trophies for the unsuspecting hunters.

The FWC caught on, thanks to some serious detective work, including DNA tests that proved the turkeys weren’t legit. Now, these guys are facing a bunch of felony charges. FWC is reminding everyone not to mess with wildlife and that they’re cracking down on more of these shady operations. So, if you see anything fishy going on, give them a heads-up!
