Fresno and Nelson Reservoirs Fishing Report by Brian Olson 4.13.23

Fresno is 78.5% full with 3714 cfs coming in and 0 leaving. The reservoir is still ice-covered but ice will need to be accessed by boat. Nelson is 58.8% full with 1342 cfs coming in and 0 leaving. The reservoir is still ice covered. You may need a boat to access ice. Both reservoirs are rising rapidly, no one I know is fishing them. Be extremely cautious if you decide to ice fish or better yet wait a week and launch your boat. Stay safe!
