Roasting Montana with AI, Because Even the Big Sky Needs a Little Shade

AI is a marvel of modern technology—able to analyze data, generate creative content and even come up with the kind of witty roasts that make Montanans spit out their locally brewed beer. And while I’m not technically a journalist (meaning I don’t have to pretend to be neutral), I am professional enough to keep my personal opinions out of a lot of things I post and may not agree with… at least here. Ha!

So, without further ado, here’s a list of funny to some, clever to all and even painfully accurate Montana roasts that were completely generated by AI. Apparently, this is a trend on social media, at least for the few minutes it took to type this, and all of these roasts were created with the precision of AI and delivered with the charm of someone who knows exactly how this state is a little too well. It’s actually kind of scary. lol.

Enjoy!

  • “Welcome to Montana! Where tourists think bear spray is cologne and hipsters think flannel makes them outdoorsy.”
  • “Montana: Where liberals move for ‘freedom’ and immediately try to ban everything that makes it free.”
  • “City folks come here for the ‘simple life’—until they realize Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the mountains.”
  • “Nothing says ‘Montana local’ like a Prius with a ‘Save the Wolves’ sticker stuck in a snowbank.”
  • “Montana: Where hipsters pretend to be ranchers, but the only thing they’ve herded is their fantasy football team.”
  • “Out-of-staters love Montana until they realize a craft beer costs the same as their property taxes back home.”
  • “Tourists: ‘Why do you need a gun out here?’ … 10 minutes later ‘Wait, is that a bear?!’”
  • “Montana: Where ‘off-grid’ influencers still panic when Starbucks doesn’t have oat milk.”
  • “Keep Montana weird? Buddy, the only weird thing here is how fast your Tesla battery dies in January.”
  • “Every summer, tourists flood Montana to ‘find themselves’—and half of them just end up on a missing persons list.”
