Ice Update From Don Wilkins Tuesday afternoon:
“3 1/2- 4 1/2 inches of ice but wouldn’t say it’s safe for the masses. People with some knowledge of the ice would be alright, I’m standing on the island way off Shaft house by the dam on Fort Peck.

Skeletal remains found near Flathead River
On February 4, 2025, at about 1015 am, the Lake County Sheriff’s Office was notified that a Tribal Game Warden had located skeletonized human remains in the Buffalo Bridge area on the Flathead River.
