An Illinois man was arrested this week after he allegedly drew a gun over a dispute about setting up too close to other ice fishers at Racine Harbor on Lake Michigan.
According to o Fox6 in Milwaukee an argument broke out after a two men started setting up a shanty a few yards from a couple. The man who was part of the couple tried to get the men to set up somewhere else as the area was reportedly deserted. One of the other party allegedly got in the man’s face and the other reportedly waved a pistol around.
Racine County Sheriff’s Office arrested Luis Herrera, 59, for disorderly conduct and endangering public safety with a weapon.
