Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. Cognac
- 1/2 oz. Bitters Liqueur
- 1/2 oz. Nectarine-Bay-Leaf Syrup
- 2 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
- Orange Peel
- Whole Star Anise
Mix: Add all ingredients into a shaker then fill with ice. Shake and strain into a snifter glass. To garnish, twist an orange peel over the surface of the glass, then discard. Float the star anise in the glass.
