Ingredients:
- 1.25 oz. Tanqueray Gin
- Â .33 oz. Lemon Juice
- Â .33 oz. Simple Syrup (one part sugar-one part water)
- Â .25 oz. Raspberry Puree
- Â .25 oz. Egg White
- Club Soda
- Fresh Raspberries
Prep: Add all ingredients except Club Soda into a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a highball glass willed with fresh ice. Finish filling with Club Soda and garnish with fresh raspberries
