Ingredients:
- ½ Ripe Kiwi, peeled
- ½ oz. ST-Germain Liqueur
- ½ oz. Simple Syrup (equal parts of water and sugar)
- Club Soda
- 3 oz. Brut Sparkling Wine
- Kiwi Slice
Mix: In a cocktail shaker muddle the kiwi. Add simple syrup and ST-Germain Liqueur, and fill with ice. Shake until child and then add a splash of club soda. Strain into cocktail glass and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with Kiwi slice.
