Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz. fruit flavored gin
- .25 oz. Apricot Brandy
- 1 oz. freshly squeezed Lime Juice
- .5 oz. Simple Syrup
- 3 oz. Ginger Beer
- 3 Mint Leaves-shredded
- ½ cup Blueberries
- 1 Kiwi Fruit, cut into slices
- Mint Leaf
Mix:
Mix the gin, Apricot Brandy, lime juice, simple syrup and shredded mint leaves into a shaker with ice until cold
Strain into Collins Glass filled with Blueberries, Kiwi & Ice
Top off with Ginger Beer
Garnish with Mint Leaf
