The Montana Conservation Seedling Nursery announces annual sale details
Posted by Moosetrack Megan on December 27, 2024
Annual Sale Begins,
Monday January 20, 8:00 a.m.
We are excited to introduce our new online ordering portal! For 98 years, our seedling nursery has relied on manually processing order forms sent via mail or email. In 2024, we received 67 orders within the first 5 minutes of opening, 146 orders in the first hour, and a total of 360 orders by the end of the first day. This overwhelming volume often results in a backlog, leading to a months-long processing time, inventory inaccuracies, and delays for our customers. To better process orders and keep up with the growing number of customers and seedlings we have developed an ordering portal. We kindly ask customers who are able to use the online ordering portal to do so, as we anticipate that popular products will sell out on the first day. To assist our elderly customers and those without internet access, please avoid calling our office unless absolutely necessary. This will allow our staff to prioritize placing orders for those who need additional support.
When will Inventory Numbers be Available? The inventory preview on our website will be updated with the available instock numbers as soon as they are finalized. Our team has been diligently packaging and counting seedlings since November. Once the inventory is ready, the website will be updated, and you will receive an email notification.
Nursery Webinar, Jan. 13 – 5:00 p.m.Ashley will present general nursery information, updates, walk through the new ordering portal, and answer questions via Zoom. The webinar will be recorded and posted on our website for those who cannot attend.Click Here to Register for the Webinar
