Yoga is a relaxing and fun way to keep calm and in shape. Worldwide cultures practice Yoga as a calming way to maintain muscle strength and flexibility. The therapy of Yoga is also calming and good for relieving stress. Weekly sessions require a special mat and guided classes to manage and maintain perfect karma with your body.

Trout Fishermen in Big Sky Country also enjoy Yoga. The skills of casting, setting the hook, patience, while slipping and sliding on river rocks require great training and dedication.

Here are some Fly Anglers favorite Trout Yoga poses to practice. It is best to perform these positions while wearing your fishing gear and waders. Having a hat on and holding a rod is also important since these positions will include the gear and attire.

Trout Fishermen would still like to catch a couple fish though.
