Nelson is 52% full. Walleye fishing remains good. Bottom bouncers still a good choice using crawlers on spinners and slow death rigs. Jigs and minnows also work well. Best depth about 15’ along weed lines and drop offs. Ramps are shallow so be prepared to wade. Pro tip: fall is my favorite time to fish. The fish are feeding up for winter and lots of fishermen have picked up their guns.
