Back in 2018, Steve Carroll (Sturgeon Steve) and Bryce Thompson “tackled one of the biggest sturgeons from a kayak to date” while in Idaho. With a circumference of 42 inches and a length of eight feet, weighing approximately 300 pounds, the massive dinosaur fish was released after the quick measurements to “fight another day”.
