8:00am – 8:45am Check-in at the after party location, TO BE DETERMINED. (Pick up goodie bags, sign liability forms, etc.)
**Due to limited parking at the range, it is IMPERATIVE that everyone park at the after party location and ride a bus to Deer Creek Shooting Center (appox. 14 miles). Car pool if possible. Limited outbound transportation from the range will be available in case you need to leave early (but we hope you don’t!).
Bus is not handicapped accessible, but the range is. Contact Ryan Corwin at Bob Ward’s in Missoula (406.728.3220) if you require an on-range parking permit.
9:00am Last bus departs for Deer Creek Range
9:15am – 9:30am Introductions and Welcome/Gun Safety Presentation
9:30am – 12:00pm Break into small groups and rotate through stations
12:00pm – 1:00pm Catered Lunch
1:00pm – 2:30pm Free For All – Break from formal groups and build on the experience gained from the morning sessions, but at your own pace. All Stations open to everyone.
2:30pm – 3:00pm Optional Shooting Competition and/or Revisit Favorite stations.
3:00pm – 4:00pm At this time we will begin bussing back to a TBD location for the after party. You may stay at the range until the final bus at 4:00pm if desired.
4:00pm – 6:00pm AFTER PARTY! This is included as part of your registration and, if you opted for a guest, they may join you at the after party which will be held at a TBD location. Drinks and appetizers will be served. There will be items raffled off during the party and an auction. All proceeds benefit Tough Enough To Wear Pink of Montana!
PLEASE REMEMBER TO DRINK RESPONSIBLY AND HAVE A DESIGNATED DRIVER!
