Fishing:
Hauser: CAUTION: ICE IS THIN AND VARIABLE! There are reports of some guys fishing the Causeway and Lake Helena but reports show the ice less 4” at best. With mild temps and high winds conditions we do not recommend going out onto the ice yet. Keep those fingers crossed for some cold weather temps to build up the ice.
Helena Valley Regulating Reservoir: CAUTION: ICE IS THIN AND VARIABLE! There are also reports of guys fishing out here with ice conditions ranging from 3 to 4 inches last weekend, but with the warm weather we urge caution as ice has thinned and high risk right now for fishing. Fishing reports are good with guys catching Salmon
Holter/Canyon Ferry: No ice to report on the lakes here as of yet. Still guys out on their boats last weekend.
