For those of you with walleye, trout, salmon or pike in your freezer right now, grab your chef’s hat, because we have a quick and easy pizza recipe for you. Actually, you can add whatever type of fish you prefer. Double the recipe (which serves two as-is below), and have a dinner party!
Fish Pizza!
Ingredients:

1 10″ prepared pizza crust, (gluten free crust works great)

1 pouch Chicken of the Sea’s Tilapia Fillets in Marinara Sauce

1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced

3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (or temperature called for in pizza crust instructions)

Spread your fish with sauce over the pizza. Arrange onion and pepper slices over the fish, and spread cheese over the top.

Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and starting to brown. Slice and serve!
