After an incident in November that left thousands of snow geese dead, Montana Resources has a new plan to keep the geese from landing in the toxic waters of Berkeley Pit. Several resources including propane canons, floating strobe lights, lasers and drones are all included in the plan. These resources will be tested this spring during the migration, then assessed and used to determine a permanent plan going forward.
