The hunting or trapping of all wolves in Montana Wolf Management 316, which include portions of Carbon, Sweet Grass, and Park Counties, closed Sunday, September 25, 2016 at one half-hour after sunset.
The order halting the hunt came after Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks officials received word that the pre-established harvest quota in WMU 316 had been met.
