The Tamarack trees are just about to turn orange for the fall and no better way to celebrate such beauty than at the Tamarack Festival in Seeley Lake this weekend!
Come to Seeley Lake for this spectacular event to celebrate the alpine splendor of the turning Tamaracks. The Western Larch trees, commonly known as Tamaracks, are the only species of coniferous trees that actually lose their needles annually to return in the spring. Come and see the deciduous coniferous trees as the needles turn the most beautiful golden color and then fall like golden snow. The event features over 20 Montana craft beers on tap, brew samples and a selection of delicious foods and arts& crafts from regional vendors.
