Montana trappers and hunters are definitely making progress in doing their part to help manage the wolf population in big sky country. According to the table below, by Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks, since last Sunday, trappers have successfully taken 10 wolves, while hunters have taken eight. This brings Montana’s wolf harvest total to 183.
