I will never forget the day that my father and I had a record setting day of catching trout through the ice. It was a big year with big limits on how many fish to take, meaning we had a chance to fill the smoker. I can vividly remember coming back to camp with buckets full of fish. Only to have my Dad hand me a filet knife and tell me to get to work. I fileted over 50 fish that night and it was tedious. What I wouldn’t have gave to have a gadget that would automatically filet my fish. Fast forward to taday, and there is a gadget to do JUST THAT. They call it the Skinzit. A hand held device that can peel the skin and bones off of your filet.
