The Captain and Jim Swanson took in a couple of hours Friday afternoon lake trout fishing on Flathead Lake. Jim Swanson and his wife Katie had recently relocated to a new home in Polson. So it was the first time that Swanson, an avid fisherman, had a had a chance to haul in one of the famous Mackinaw. They ended up with three nice lakers for their efforts using the whole bait set-up from Zimmer Tackle in 106 feet of water.
